Step 1 Telephone one of our friendly telephone operatives who will be pleased to make an appointement for our fully qualified removals surveyor to call to your home.

Step 2 Our experienced removal surveyor would call to inspect the effects to be removed, discuss your removal requirements and put your mind at ease

Step 3 Our quotation would be prepared and sent to you first class

Step 4 If you are happy with the quotation provided, telephone the office and we would be pleased to book your required date/s, subject to availability, please bear in mind that the end of each month and school holiday times, we tend to be extra busy.

Step 5 We will confirm by post your booked dates.

Step 6 Our fully equipped removal pantechnicon and staff would arrive between 9-9.30 a.m. to complete your removal to your new home.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

• Owner packed cartons, bags or similar items - please do not overfill as this may cause damage to items inside or to the staff removing them
• Keep all important documents with you, passport, driving licence, bank statements etc. also retain keys, remote controls and fitments i.e. screws etc to any dismantled furniture
• Washing machines and gas or electrical appliances should be disconnected prior to our arrival
• Dismantle any flat packed furniture prior to our arrival
• Plants can be removed, however we cannot accept the liability for these during transportation
• Take final meter readings at your old home and take the meter readings at your new home
