I just want to say a big 'thank you' to all of you who contributed to overseeing my removal, somewhat complicated, and for it all working out so efficiently. Tommy, Trevor and Denny worked extremely hard on the last leg, the final move here in Kendal, and I'm so glad they had two wonderful perfect weather days for that.

I am still unpacking boxes, half my cake tins have yet to be uncovered, but I know they will be there somewhere! There were a lot of boxes!! I send you and all the staff, from start to finish, my good wishes, and thank you for the support, patience, courtesy and respect I have received during the past 12 months.

Just to put it in writing, we would like to say what a great group of lads we had to do our removal from Timperley to Moulton. Del, Trev and Shaun could not have done more for us and as we said they made a hard day really easy and nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone moving.

The team from Osbornes moved us over three days 20-22nd April 2017 from Sale to Mottram. They were fantastic. I have no complaints whatsoever. They worked incredibly hard, were cheerful and did everything we asked of them. We weren't sure which removal firm to go for but I am really glad we went with Osbornes. All the staff were unfailingly helpful and just great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is arranging a house move. They certainly reduced my stress levels which were sky high!

On 6th December 2016 you commenced the process of our removal from Cheadle, Cheshire which, as planned, was completed on 9th December. This involved packing, loading, delivering items to three homes and the collection of further items all in the London area.

We want to tell you that we were delighted with the service we received. The team leaders, Trevor and Del, worked exceptionally hard, were polite, efficient, caring of our possessions and pleasure to work with. They made a very difficult and long process as free of stress as possible.

Thank you to all at Osbornes, we used you thirty years ago for our last move and would not hesitate to recommend your services.

Just back online, so can now thank you all for the service you provided last week transporting our items to Cornwall.

Trevor and the whole team were utterly amazing, nothing was beyond them, they were totally brilliant at anticipating problems and securing solutions prior to anything going awry. So job done, nothing broken or lost, this is what I imagine removal company's aim to offer, but for us I think the service we received went far further and I cant personally think of anything the team could have done which they didn't. Supportive, ingenious and totally dynamic.

I'm just taking time out from unpacking to email my impressions of your company following my move from Sale to Sale.

My Removers were Dell and Trevor, who arrived slightly before the arranged start time ready for action on a 2 day move. Over the two days, I found them to be endlessly helpful, kind & cheerful. They were supremely skilled & experienced at their job, & worked together in the most coordinated manner which I found very impressive.

This was definitely the least traumatic, even ENJOYABLE house move I've ever done thanks to this. A team amongst removers. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, & will do to anyone who needs to move.

Thank you all so very much for the magic dust you poured on all aspects of Hattie's (my beloved Sheltie!) and my removal from Macclesfield to Cornwall and Sandbach!
